2.Parameter setting


2.1 Instrument calibration steps


1) The meter is powered on, the meter enters the measurement, and the LCD displays


Display the liquid level value, as shown on the right, and the measured liquid level

2) Click the Mode button, the meter


You can enter the parameter setting menu, first enter


The P01 (Level) level calibration menu.


3) Click the OK button to enter the level calibration input

4) Click the Mode button again as shown on the right.


Mode key to return to the parameter setting menu, click OK


Press to exit the parameter setting menu.


5) The meter displays the measured liquid level, after which the meter reads

2.2 Parameter 4 ~ 20mA setting


1) When the meter works normally, click the Mode button to enter the parameters


After setting the menu, press the ▼ key to select the P02 (4-20mA) setting menu, as shown on the right.


2) 20mA setting


a) Click the OK button to enter the 20mA parameter setting

b) Click OK to enter the 20mA value input

Closed when the liquid level is greater than 4m and less than 8m. Thesymbol positions in the interface can be selected as "<"> two types of symbols, and the position of the & symbol can be selected as "&", "|", "N" and "change". The symbol to be modified flashes. Press the ▲ key or the ▼ key to select the desired symbol. The numbers are modified as before.

Meaning of symbols:


<: Less than sign


>: Greater than sign


&: And, means that both conditions need to be met;


|: Or, it means that one of the two conditions is met;


N: Only the previous condition, the latter is not displayed;


∧: The former condition is the relay pull-in condition (usually used to open the pump), and the latter condition is the relay


Open condition (usually used to stop the pump), mainly used for drainage well and inlet well control.


4) If the relay is set as shown on the right, it means the relay


The device is closed when the liquid level is less than 1m. If "<"

If the relay is set as shown on the right, the relay is closed when the liquid level is less than 1m or greater than 9m.


5) There is also a more complex logic, such as drainage

Stop the pump when the water is discharged to 2m, this logic setting

At this time, it means that the water level is greater than 8m


Stop the pump when the position is less than 2m.


In the case of inlet wells, for example when the water level drops

At 1m, the pump needs to be turned on to enter the water. When the water level reaches 6m

6) After setting the parameters of relay 1


Mode key returns to Relay relay setting


Setting menu, click ▼ button to select the desired setting

2.4 Transducer height setting


The P04 (TH) menu does not need to be set when the liquid level has been set using the Level menu. You can refer to the transducer height at this time.


2.5 Display mode setting


P05 (Xstyle) menu can set the display mode, where


1. The Level option displays the liquid level and relay status on the LCD.


2. The AirH option displays the spatial distance and temperature on the LCD.


3. The LevelT option displays the liquid level and temperature on the LCD.


Click OK to select.


2.6 Window menu


The P06 (Window) menu is set at the factory and generally does not need to be changed.


2.7 Address ID number setting


P07 (ID) menu is used for communication, especially for multi-machine communication, the default is 01.


2.8 Baud rate setting


For P08 (BUAD) menu communication, there are three options of 2400, 4800 and 9600. Click OK to confirm. The default is 4800.


2.9 PWDB settings


The P09 (PWDB) menu is set at the factory and generally does not need to be changed.


2.10 4 ~ 20mA setting output


P10 (T4 ~ 20mA) menu point, the displayed value is the output current value after entering the OK button.


Use the ▲ key or the ▼ key to select different current outputs, which can be used for field verification or mutual correction with the control room current input equipment.
