The bimetal temperature sensing element adopts a multi-turn straight spiral bimetal sheet. One end is fixed and the other end (free end) is connected to the mandrel. The axial thermometer pointer is directly mounted on the mandrel. The radial structure indicates that the needle is connected to the mandrel through a corner spring. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature-sensing element rotates, and the change of the temperature of the measured medium is indicated on the dial by the mandrel drive pointer. The electric contact thermometer is equipped with a movable contact on the pointer and a fixed contact on the setting pointer. The external contact of the finger rotates with the change of temperature. When the temperature reaches or exceeds the set value, the contact is closed to send a signal for automatic control and alarm. . The contact points of the thermometer are upper limit, lower limit, single limit, double limit (all normally open).

Use and maintenance
1. The length of the bimetal thermometer protection tube immersed in the measured medium must be longer than the length of the temperature sensing element. Generally, the immersion length is greater than 100mm, and the immersion length of 0 ~ 50C range is greater than 150mm Guarantee the accuracy of the measurement.
2. In the storage, use, installation and transportation of bimetal thermometers, avoid collision with the protection tube. Do not bend the protection tube and use the watch case as a wrench.
3. Various types of bimetal thermometers should not be used to measure the temperature of the medium in the open container, and the live contact thermometers should not be used in the control loop of places with large working vibration.
4. Under normal use, the thermometer should be inspected regularly. --It is advisable to inspect every 6 months.
5. The electrical contact thermometer is not allowed to work under strong vibration, so as not to affect the reliability of the contact.
