◆ Adjustment instructions:
1: Thermal resistance temperature range adjustment
step
1. Perform a preliminary preset of the measuring range. Note that the actual measuring range should be selected as close to the standard scale as possible (the factory calibration is the required range for the order).
2. Connect according to the following typical wiring diagram. Connect the standard resistance box (such as ZX-25a) at the input terminals 1, 2, and 3, where 2, 3 are the common terminals of the resistance box, and connect the standard terminals at the 4 and 5 outputs. Ammeter 24VDC regulated power supply.
3. Change the signal source generator (resistance box) so that it is equal to the resistance value corresponding to the lower limit of the range. Adjust potentiometer Z so that the reading of the ammeter is 4 mA. Change the signal source so that it is equal to the resistance value corresponding to the upper limit of the range and adjust the potential. Device S, so that the reading of the ammeter is 20mA.
Example: The input model is LD100, the temperature range of 0 ~ 100C is calibrated, the resistance box output resistance is 1002, adjust the potentiometer Z to make the ammeter read 4mA; the resistance value of the resistance box output is 138.52 (ie platinum Thermal resistance at 100 ° C), adjust potentiometer S so that the ammeter reading is 20mA.

Note: The connection terminal of the current meter is our factory's meter. The current meters of other manufacturers should be wired according to the specific conditions. Please specify in detail when ordering. For details, please refer to the instruction manual attached to the transmitter.
◆ Notes:
1. The power supply of the transmitter must be less than 36VDC. Never connect AC power to the circuit.
2. The total circuit of the transmitter and the load resistance should be within the working range specified in the instruction manual.
3. Transmitters of different specifications cannot be interchanged.
4. When the installation environment is poor (poor air flow, high temperature), please use a high temperature ambient temperature transmitter. Cooling device can be used to reduce the working environment temperature,
Improve reliability.
5. During the transportation, installation and use of the transmitter, it is strictly forbidden to hit or hit it severely.
◆ Common failure analysis
1. No current output: Whether the power line "+", "one" signal line is reversed, and the power supply is normal.
2. The output current is not in the range of 4-20mA: whether the signal wire is connected incorrectly (such as the thermal resistance short wiring position is reversed, the thermocouple "+", "one" signal line is reversed).
