Overview:
LD-5300 series artificial intelligence thermostat / regulator uses real artificial intelligence formula. The meter starts the self-tuning function. It can automatically find the optimal parameters according to the characteristics of the controlled object to achieve a good control effect. No manual tuning parameters . The accuracy of temperature control is basically ± 0.1 ℃, without overshoot and undershoot, reaching the international advanced level. It can be used with various sensors and transmitters to realize the measurement and display of temperature, pressure, liquid level, capacity, force and other physical quantities, and cooperate with various actuators to perform PID adjustment and control of electric heating equipment and electromagnetic and electric valves , Alarm control, data acquisition and other functions, suitable for industrial furnaces, electric furnaces, ovens, test equipment, shoemaking machinery, injection molding machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, printing machinery and other industries.

★ With 36 kinds of signal input functions, the input signal type can be selected arbitrarily; 0.2% level measurement accuracy.

★ Support RS485, RS232 serial interface, using standard MODBUS RTU communication protocol.

★ With DC24V feed output, power distribution for field transmitter.
★ The input, output, power, and communication adopt photoelectric isolation technology.

★ Parameter setting password is locked, parameter setting is saved permanently after power off, and it has the function of parameter recovery system original setting.

Instrument selection
Remarks:
1. Auxiliary output can be used as transmission output or control output, which can be selected in the secondary parameter “HC”. When HC = 0, it is transmission output, and when HC = 1, it is control output; the main control output and auxiliary The output cannot select the three-phase thyristor zero-crossing trigger pulse output function at the same time; when the LD-5330 valve position control output selects the switch value forward and reverse control output, the auxiliary output can only select analog control; the F-type instrument control output selection switch When the output is positive or negative, the auxiliary output can no longer be provided; the H-type meter cannot select the auxiliary output function.
2. The gauges of size F and H do not have RS232C printing interface; the gauges of size H are only for single-channel control.
3. The size is H and the D and E meters with alarm function between 25-36 terminals. The relay contact capacity is AC125V / 0.5A, DC24V / 0.5A, and the relay contact capacity of other specifications is AC220V. / 2A, DC24V / 2A.
4. When the control output selects digital control output, the alarm output can only select 2 limit alarms at most.
5. When the model LD-5310 / 5320 control output selects K1, it refers to a single relay output.
6. The selection must be complete, and the function items that are not selected cannot be omitted, and must be filled in with "X".
